Description P0312
Corn P0312 is a simple hybrid with intermediate kernel type and FAO 290, belonging to the mid-early maturity group. This hybrid is characterized by high grain density and rapid early growth, ensuring good initial plant development. The crop is intended for grain production and can also be used for ethanol production. Late harvest is not recommended, as it may negatively affect grain quality.

Hybrid P0312 exhibits high resistance to stalk lodging and good drought tolerance, making it suitable for cultivation under various soil-climatic conditions. It is resistant to several diseases, including smut diseases, and shows resistance to southern helminthosporium, bubble head, and early stages of fusarium. Moderate resistance to bacterial diseases further enhances the hybrid's reliability from an agronomic standpoint.

For optimal cultivation, the hybrid should be planted at early and optimal sowing dates, avoiding very early and late sowing. Recommended planting density is 70-75 thousand plants per hectare under sufficient moisture and 60-65 thousand under insufficient moisture. The hybrid is well-adapted to dense planting, but reduced yields may occur under sparse planting. Seed packaging is in 20 kg bags, produced by Pioneer, Austria.
