KWS ADAGIO

The corn hybrid KWS ADAGIO is a high-yielding variety adapted to extensive and semi-intensive growing conditions, including drought-prone areas. Plants reach a height of 280-290 cm, with ear attachment at 110-120 cm. The hybrid features a semi-remontant type with semi-erect leaves, promoting efficient photosynthetic activity and resistance to lodging. The number of rows per ear is 14, with 34-38 kernels per row, and the 1000-kernel weight ranges from 310 to 330 grams, ensuring a high yield potential of up to 16 tons per hectare. A distinctive feature of the hybrid is its very rapid water shedding, which is crucial for timely harvest and minimizing losses.

The hybrid KWS ADAGIO exhibits high resistance to diseases, including southern rust, fusarium, helminthosporium, and common rust, due to genetically incorporated protective mechanisms.
