Maize INDEM1320

Sweet corn variety INDEM1320 is an early-maturing type with miniature ears, reaching up to 10 cm in length and about 2 cm in diameter. The ear shape is conical and elongated, giving it a neat and attractive appearance. The kernels have a tender, yellowish flesh with a milky flavor, making this variety especially pleasant for consumption.

This corn variety is intended for table use and canning. Young ears are harvested at an immature, seedling stage, ensuring their tenderness and sweetness. When overripe, the kernels darken, taking on a bluish-black hue, which indicates loss of marketability and flavor quality.

INDEM1320 can be consumed both raw and canned. Thanks to its characteristics and flavor qualities, this variety is ideal for preparing various dishes and winter preserves, while retaining its nutritional value and pleasant taste.
