Maize GW8037

Working with GU8037: Performance and reliability

Choosing Golden West Seed Bulgaria GU8037 comes down to one thing: operational predictability. This dent-type corn hybrid is a real workhorse for farmers who need flexibility. Whether you are focusing on grain production or looking for high-quality silage, this hybrid adapts to your chosen path with ease.

Field performance and density management

When aiming for grain, stick to 60,000–65,000 plants/ha, which ensures full, high-quality ears. If the goal is silage, pushing the density to 80,000–85,000 plants/ha results in excellent biomass production. It is a straightforward hybrid that does not demand exotic agronomic techniques.

• Dent grain structure allows for faster moisture dry-down, which is a major advantage during harvest.
• Structural integrity: The stalks are robust and show excellent resistance to lodging, allowing for smooth operation of harvesting machinery.
• Versatility: It performs equally well as a dual-purpose solution, providing reliable output in both grain and forage scenarios.

Operating a field of GU8037 is satisfyingly simple. The plants are uniform, which makes harvest calibration easy and reduces downtime. If you are looking for a reliable, no-nonsense hybrid that produces high-quality yield without complicated maintenance routines, GU8037 is a solid investment for your farm operations.
