EGLANTEEN — this is a high-quality sweet corn with a range of unique characteristics that make it attractive for cultivation in various climatic conditions. This hybrid is distinguished by increased resistance to extreme temperatures: it can withstand heat up to +50 °C and frost down to -5 °C during full development. Due to its strong and robust stalk, the corn is resistant to drying out and rapidly loses moisture, which helps preserve yield and simplifies harvest without the need for desiccation.

The plant reaches a height of up to 250 cm and can form up to four large ears weighing up to 1700 grams each, ensuring high yield and grain mass. The ear matures uniformly, does not crack or shed, and remains firmly attached to the stalk until full maturity. The hybrid is resistant to saline soils and immune to a wide range of diseases, including root rot, red rot, fusarium, rust, and viruses, significantly reducing the risk of yield loss.

EGLANTEEN is suitable for cultivation under various conditions, including extensive and semi-intensive farming systems. The recommended plant density varies depending on soil moisture levels, allowing for optimized yield. The vegetative period is approximately 90 days, making this hybrid medium-early. For maximum productivity, it is recommended to use fertilizers such as nitroammophoska at a rate of 200-250 kg per hectare, applied before or after sowing. Due to its qualities, EGLANTEEN is an excellent choice for fresh markets and processing.
