Dneprovsky 177 SV

Corn Dneprovsky 181 SV is a simple modified hybrid of Ukrainian selection with FAO 180, corresponding to the early-maturing group with a vegetation period of 90 to 105 days. This hybrid is intended for cultivation both for grain and silage, with high yield potential — up to 10-11 tons of grain per hectare and 550-590 centners of silage. Plants reach a height of 230-240 cm, with ears 20-22 cm long and 14-16 rows of yellow dent kernels, 34-36 kernels per row. The 1000-kernel weight is 260-280 g, indicating good seed fullness and quality. Grain rapidly loses moisture during the ripening phase, facilitating drying and preparation for storage.

Hybrid Dneprovsky 181 SV exhibits high resistance to adverse factors: drought, cold, lodging, as well as to major pests and diseases such as fusarium, stalk rot, blister rust, rye and root rot. Strong phytoimmunity and fungicide seed treatments provide reliable plant protection, reducing the need for pesticides. A well-developed root system contributes to drought resistance, while a strong stem prevents lodging, ensuring stable yields under various soil-climate conditions.

For optimal cultivation, plant density should be adjusted according to the region: 75-90 thousand plants per hectare in Polissia, 70-75 thousand in forest-steppe, and 58-60 thousand in steppe. High seed germination energy ensures rapid and uniform emergence, while cold resistance of seedlings promotes timely plant development. Seeds are packaged in multi-layer strong paper bags of 80 thousand seeds, ensuring reliable protection during transportation and storage.
