AFARIN

Korean Chrysanthemum variety Afarin is a compact bush about 50 cm high and 35 cm in diameter with upright sturdy flowering stems and sparse foliage. The plant leaves are green, while the full double inflorescences of medium density are about 7 cm in diameter and have a bronze color that fades slightly in the sun. Flowering begins approximately 75 days after the start of vegetative growth, mass flowering occurs in mid-August and lasts about 101 days, ensuring a long decorative effect in the garden. The flowers have a light aroma, which adds additional appeal to this variety.

Variety Afarin is characterized by high resistance to adverse weather conditions and diseases, making it a reliable choice for growing in various climatic conditions, including the continental climate of the forest-steppe of the Priobye region. The plant demonstrates medium winter hardiness, but for successful overwintering, late autumn sheltering with leaf litter in a layer of 7-10 cm is recommended.
