Description WHITEX / WHITECS
Cauliflower WHITEX is a medium-early hybrid with a vegetation period of 65-70 days, developed by the Japanese breeding company Sakata. This variety is characterized by high adaptability and versatility, allowing it to be grown both in open ground and in greenhouses with equally high yields. WHITEX is resistant to cold and frost, tolerates unpredictable weather conditions, high humidity, and low temperatures, making it low-maintenance.

The plant forms dome-shaped white heads with a dense structure and excellent commercial qualities. The average head weight ranges from 2.5 to 3 kg, and it is well covered with leaves that do not open the head during frost, preserving its integrity. Medium-strength plants ripen uniformly and simultaneously, facilitating harvest.

The WHITEX variety is ideal for obtaining two crops per year — in spring and in the second rotation in summer, allowing for an autumn harvest. The recommended planting density is 35-40 thousand plants per hectare. Due to its characteristics and resistance to adverse conditions, this hybrid is an excellent choice for farmers seeking a stable and high-quality cauliflower crop.
