This variety is remarkably straightforward in terms of agricultural technology.

Field performance and harvest

The main asset of this variety is its head. The density is moderate, making it ideal for culinary use, and the classic rich green color always attracts customers at the point of sale.

Maintenance and cultivation

• Planting: The variety responds well to standard fertilization schedules. It doesn't require specific "fuss"—proper crop rotation and basic irrigation are sufficient.
• Stability: «Golubtsy» maintains its shape well in the field and is not prone to cracking during slight moisture fluctuations, which saves a lot of stress during the harvest period.
• Sales: The focus on the fresh market is well-justified. It retains its market appeal excellently, with leaves that are dense yet succulent.

If you are looking for a variety that will consistently deliver a high-quality harvest without requiring excessive expenditure on specialized agronomic operations, «Golubtsy» will be a dependable tool in your kit.
