Cucumber variety DELTA STAR F1 is an early-maturing hybrid intended for cultivation in greenhouses, especially during the spring-summer period. The plant is vigorous, resilient, and open-type with high regenerative capacity, ensuring stable growth and development of the crop. The parthenocarpic subtype allows fruiting without pollination, simplifying cultivation and increasing yield.
Fruits of the DELTA STAR cucumber are cylindrical, 13 to 16 centimeters long, smooth, slightly ribbed, and glossy, dark green in color with a white-green flesh. The weight of one fruit is approximately 129 grams. The cucumbers are distinguished by high dry matter content and excellent flavor qualities, making them attractive to consumers.
The hybrid is resistant to major cucumber diseases, such as cladosporiosis, powdery mildew, leaf spot, and tolerant to cucumber mosaic virus.
