Czech winter variety. Fruits are large, red, round. Flesh is creamy, crisp, juicy, with excellent tart-sweet flavor. Ruby is distinguished by high-quality fruits with good transportability. Harvesting period begins in mid-September and ends in early October. Fruits can be stored in refrigerator until March. Ruby variety seedling is grown on semi-dwarf and dwarf rootstocks.
