Tomato Tezza F1

Genetic Potential and Productivity

The «Teza F1» hybrid by TOV "Biznes Stretedzhy Development Ukraina" is a product of breeding focused on intensive agriculture. With a maturation period of 120–130 days, this mid-late tomato requires precise adherence to agrotechnology, but it compensates for the long growing season with high-quality yield indicators.

Biological Protection and Immunity

The key feature of «Teza F1» lies in the comprehensive resistance developed by the originator, Dr. V.S.S. Rao. The genetic profile of the hybrid includes protection against a classic range of pathogens affecting solanaceous crops:

• Verticillium and Fusarium wilt: minimizing the risk of root loss due to soil-borne infections.
• Tobacco Mosaic Virus (TMV): a high degree of protection, preventing leaf deformation and loss of commercial value.
• Cladosporium (leaf mold): enabling cultivation under high humidity conditions without the risk of massive leaf damage.

Technical Characteristics of the Fruit

The flat-round shape of the fruits, combined with a weight of 100–150 grams, makes this tomato versatile for logistics chains. The dense tissue structure ensures excellent transportability over long distances. A vital economic factor is the fruit's ability to maintain its marketability for more than 30 days post-harvest, providing producers with flexibility during periods of market price volatility.
