Tomato Time is a medium-maturing indeterminate variety with a vegetation period of 105 to 120 days. The plant can reach a height of up to 1.5 meters, requiring staking and pinching for proper bush formation, ideally 1-2 stems. This variety is heat- and light-loving, prefers light, fertile soils, and responds well to fertilizers. For planting, seedlings aged 50-60 days are recommended, or seeds can be sown at a depth of 1-1.5 cm after treatment with a 1% potassium permanganate solution. Tomato Time fruits have a heart-shaped form and a deep red color when ripe. They are meaty, nearly seedless, weighing from 70 grams to 1 kilogram, with individual specimens reaching giant sizes. The fruits are sweet and free of acidity, making them ideal for fresh consumption, as well as for making juices and sauces. With proper care, one plant can yield up to 4.5 kilograms. The variety exhibits increased resistance to temperature fluctuations and major diseases, allowing cultivation in greenhouses in the middle belt and open ground in southern regions. Yield without irrigation is 30-32 tons per hectare, and with irrigation, it can reach 60-70 tons per hectare. Due to its characteristics and selection by the Institute of Irrigated Agriculture of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences, Tomato Time is a reliable and productive choice for gardeners and farmers.
