The Shedevr tomato variety is a late-maturing, tall bush with plants reaching up to 180 centimeters in height. The vegetative period from germination to the start of ripening averages 110-140 days, allowing harvest in July-August. The plant is characterized by high yield and good resistance to most tomato diseases, making it a reliable choice for cultivation both in greenhouses and open ground.

The fruits of the Shedevr tomato are large, round-oval in shape with slight ribbing, weighing from 80 to 600 grams depending on growing conditions. In the ripening stage, they develop a rich red color and an amazingly sweet flavor with a tangy-sweet flesh, making them versatile for various culinary uses — from salads and appetizers to main dishes and soups. Tomatoes contain a high amount of vitamins, pectins, and amino acids, positively affecting health.

One significant advantage of this variety is the long storage life of the fruits — up to six months, allowing them to remain fresh until spring. This quality is especially valuable for those engaged in selling tomatoes during off-seasons. Additionally, the fruits withstand long-distance transportation well, expanding their market potential. For successful cultivation, seeds are sown at the end of February to early March at soil temperatures not lower than +20°C, and after seedling emergence, regular watering, feeding, and supplemental lighting are provided if necessary.
