MOSCOW REGIONAL TAN

Tomato variety "Moscow Regional Tan" is a medium-maturing hybrid intended primarily for cultivation in greenhouses, but also suitable for open ground. Plants are medium to tall, depending on growing conditions, with plant height ranging from 45-50 cm to 250 cm. Plants form a single stem, have simple compact clusters with 5-9 fruits spaced every 1-2 leaves. A significant feature of this variety is high fruit set and resistance to a number of diseases, including tobacco mosaic virus, cladosporiosis, and fusarium, ensuring stable yield and reducing the risk of losses.

Tomato fruits exhibit a variety of shapes and colors: from round fruits weighing 95-140 g to large heart-shaped fruits weighing up to 800 g. Fruit color varies from dark green when immature to brown or pink (raspberry) when ripe. Flesh is juicy, with high dry matter content (7.3-7.8%) and excellent taste qualities, making tomatoes suitable for fresh consumption as well as processing into juice, ketchup, and tomato paste. Fruits are dense, resistant to cracking and overripening, easily transported and stored.

The maturation period of this variety is medium, varying from 92 to 110 days depending on growing conditions. Yield reaches 6-7 kg per square meter, making this variety attractive for commercial cultivation. Due to its characteristics, "Moscow Regional Tan" is suitable for cultivation in both plastic and glass-covered greenhouses as well as in open ground, ensuring a stable and high-quality tomato harvest with excellent taste and market qualities.
