Mistress

The tomato variety "Mistress" is a mid-early or early maturing variety that begins to bear fruit approximately 100-115 days after emergence of seedlings. The plant reaches a height of 60 to 100 centimeters and can be grown both in open ground and in plastic greenhouses. The bushes are compact and do not require intensive pinching, which simplifies care. Each plant forms up to five full clusters of fruit.

The fruits of the "Mistress" tomato have a round or flat-round shape, a smooth and even surface, and a dense, fleshy texture. The color of the fruit varies from bright pink to deep red, depending on growing conditions. The weight of one tomato can range from 170-190 grams to 400-600 grams, and according to some data, up to 2 kilograms. The flesh is characterized by high sugar content, juiciness, and excellent taste, making this variety suitable for fresh consumption as well as for making salads, juices, sauces, and ketchup.

The "Mistress" variety is valued for its high yield — up to 5-15 kilograms of fruit per square meter. Additionally, the tomato exhibits resistance to diseases such as tobacco mosaic virus and fusarium, which enhances the reliability of cultivation and the quality of the harvest. It is recommended to train plants as single stems when grown in greenhouses, and to sow seedlings in March with transplanting into open ground in April-May at a spacing of 2-2.5 plants per square meter.
