ELCOLANT is a medium-maturing tomato variety intended for cultivation in open fields and plastic greenhouses. The fruit ripening period is approximately 90-100 days from full emergence. In open fields, plants reach a height of 52-65 cm and do not require pinching, whereas in greenhouses, bushes grow up to 120-140 cm and require training to two stems. Plants have strong growth and form compact bushes, facilitating care and harvest. ELCOLANT tomato fruits have an oval shape, vibrant bright red color, and smooth surface. Average weight of one fruit ranges from 150 to 200 grams. Tomatoes are characterized by dense, juicy flesh with high dry matter content, giving them a rich flavor and aroma. Fruits are resistant to cracking, ensuring their attractive appearance and good storage quality during transport and storage for up to 30 days without quality loss. This variety is versatile: tomatoes are excellent for fresh consumption, salad preparation, as well as processing into sauces, blanching, and canning. ELCOLANT demonstrates high resistance to major tomato diseases such as verticillium wilt, fusarium, and mosaic virus, as well as moderate resistance to leaf gray mold. Due to its ability to set fruit under stress conditions and at lower temperatures, this variety ensures a stable and high-quality yield throughout the season.
