Banderas

Tomato Banderas PL 6212 F1 is an early indeterminate hybrid of large-fruited tomato developed by Asia Seed from the Republic of Korea. This variety is characterized by high productivity and is suitable for cultivation both in open and protected soil. The plant is tall, with a well-developed root system and abundant foliage, which promotes active fruit set and stable yield. The vegetative period is 63-67 days from transplanting to the permanent location.

The fruits of tomato Banderas have a flat-round shape, a deep red skin and flesh, and weigh between 250 to 400 grams. Tomatoes are uniform, dense, and heavy, making them attractive for fresh consumption and processing. The taste of the fruits is pleasant, slightly acidic-sweet with abundant juice and a distinct aroma, making them ideal for preparing vitamin salads, culinary dishes, and tomato juice production.

The hybrid has high resistance to a range of diseases affecting solanaceous crops, including verticillium wilt, fusarium wilt, tomato mosaic virus, and leaf curl virus. This resistance ensures stable yields even under adverse temperature conditions and reduces the need for intensive chemical protection. Seeds are supplied in 1-gram packages containing 300 to 330 seeds, convenient for various cultivation scales.
