The heads are medium-sized and semi-convex in shape. However, Zellko’s true value lies in its genetic potential for oil production. The oil content consistently hits the 50–55% range, making it a highly attractive option for producers aiming for premium quality. At harvest, the density of the seeds within the head is quite high, which directly translates into excellent yield per hectare.
