Sunflower TRO 3281

TRO 3281 is a mid-season sunflower hybrid with high oleic acid content, reaching up to 90%. It is characterized by high oil content — around 52% — making it attractive for producing high-quality vegetable oil. The hybrid is resistant to the herbicide Granstar, which simplifies weed control and helps preserve yield.

A key feature of TRO 3281 is its tolerance to new strains of downy mildew and rust (strains A-G), ensuring stable yields even under challenging climatic conditions. Additionally, the hybrid exhibits high resistance to diseases such as Phomopsis, Phomosis, and blossom blight, significantly reducing the risk of losses during cultivation.

Recommended for cultivation in areas with moderate and insufficient moisture, expanding its applicability across various regions. Due to its combination of high oil content, disease resistance, and stress tolerance, TRO 3281 is a reliable choice for farmers aiming to achieve a stable and high-quality sunflower harvest.
