LG 50635 CLP — a mid-early sunflower hybrid of French selection, developed using Clearfield® technology and intended for intensive cultivation. This hybrid is characterized by high productivity and oil content, ensuring high oil yield at harvest. Thanks to its genetic resistance to 7 strains of cutworms (A-G) and the herbicide Euro-Lightning, LG 50635 CLP is reliably protected against major pests and weeds, significantly simplifying agronomy and increasing production efficiency.

The plants of this hybrid reach an average height of about 147 cm, with a flower head diameter of approximately 17 cm and a 1000-seed weight of about 73 g. LG 50635 CLP possesses strong resistance to major sunflower diseases, including false powdery mildew, Phomopsis, root and head white rot, black rot, dry rot, and Phomopsis. Such comprehensive resistance allows the hybrid to maintain high yields even under adverse climatic conditions.

The hybrid demonstrates excellent plasticity and adaptability to various growing conditions, including drought and temperature stress, making it especially valuable for southern and eastern regions of Ukraine. The recommended planting density varies depending on soil moisture: up to 55,000 plants per hectare in areas with sufficient moisture and 45-50,000 plants per hectare under conditions of limited moisture.
