INSUN 100

INSUN 100 is an early-maturing sunflower hybrid designed for conventional cultivation, but also successfully used in extensive and medium-intensive agronomy. The hybrid is characterized by high yield potential and adaptability to various soil-climatic conditions, confirmed by stable results in the main regions of Ukraine, including eastern, central, and southern areas. Early development and flowering, as well as moderate height of mature plants, provide optimal conditions for yield formation.

One of the key features of INSUN 100 is high resistance to a broad spectrum of diseases, including powdery mildew, verticillium wilt, phomopsis, rust, anthracnose, and sclerotinia. The hybrid also demonstrates low sensitivity to lodging and parasitic plants, especially the A to G strains of parasitic plants, which significantly reduces the risk of yield loss. High drought resistance and tolerance to stress conditions such as water deficiency and high solar radiation make this hybrid especially valuable for cultivation in steppe and forest-steppe zones.

INSUN 100 is characterized by high oil content in seeds, enhancing its economic attractiveness. The recommended sowing rate varies depending on moisture levels: 50-55 thousand seeds per hectare under insufficient moisture, and 60-65 thousand seeds per hectare under adequate moisture. Due to its agronomic and morphobiological properties, the hybrid ensures a stable and high-quality yield, making it an optimal choice for farmers seeking efficient and sustainable sunflower production.
