Sunflower Clarissa CL

Clearfield Technology: The Advantage of Clarisa KL

French breeding from Caussade Semences is synonymous with precision, and the "Clarisa KL" hybrid is a prime example of this technological approach. Its primary value proposition is full compatibility with the Clearfield (EURO-LIGHTNING) production system. This provides growers with a clean field, allowing for the control of even the most persistent weeds, including broomrape, without the risk of phytotoxicity.

Phytosanitary Shield

A common pitfall for many sunflower hybrids is their vulnerability to fungal diseases during intensive growth. Clarisa KL boasts significant genetic resistance to downy mildew (peronosporosis), which is crucial for regions with high soil humidity. Furthermore, its tolerance to phomopsis and powdery mildew reduces the need for frequent fungicide applications, resulting in significant savings on input costs.

Why Choose Clarisa KL?

• Ideal for fields heavily infested with weeds that require imidazolinone-based herbicide treatments.
• Suitable for intensive farming systems focusing on consistent, high-quality grain yields.
• Robust performance in high-risk zones where phomopsis and powdery mildew are prevalent.

The main strength of Clarisa KL, developed by Caussade Semences, Rene Baratin, and Lidea France, is its reliability. Rather than aiming for unsustainable peaks, it offers a balanced, professional solution for farmers seeking consistent oil output even under fluctuating environmental conditions. It is an dependable asset for any farm prioritizing yield security.
