Corn sugar Khan F1 is a mid-season super-sweet Sh2-type hybrid intended for fresh consumption and processing. The plant reaches a height of 180–220 cm, with cylindrical ears 20–24 cm long and 4.9–5.3 cm in diameter, containing 16–18 rows of kernels. Kernels are bright yellow, large, and extremely sweet, with good husk coverage, ensuring an attractive appearance and excellent product flavor. The average ear weight is approximately 350–400 g, making this hybrid highly productive and popular in the fresh produce market.

Hybrid Khan F1 exhibits high resistance to lodging and stress conditions during cultivation, including extremely high summer temperatures. The plant shows tolerance to maize mosaic virus, rust, and moderate resistance to northern helminthosporium, ensuring stable yields and grain quality. High adaptability and plant strength allow ears to remain in the field for an extended period before harvest, and also ensure long-term storage after harvesting.
