Rye KWS Proaktivor

Grain Technology and Quality

The winter rye hybrid KWS Proactivor, developed by the German breeding company KWS Lochow GmbH, represents a new standard in intensive agriculture. Registered in Ukraine in 2026, this F1 hybrid is designed to deliver consistently high yields with specific baking characteristics.

Processing and Application

The primary value of KWS Proactivor lies in its suitability for deep processing. The grain features high test weight and an optimal falling number, which are critical factors for the milling industry. The produce of this hybrid is ideal for manufacturing high-grade rye flour, ensuring excellent crumb structure in baked goods and a rich, authentic flavor profile.

Storage and Logistics

Due to high grain uniformity and resistance to sprouting in the ear, KWS Proactivor demonstrates excellent storage stability. The dense structure of the kernel minimizes losses during mechanical cleaning and drying, significantly reducing the cost of preparing batches for market. Its high transportability ensures that the harvest can be delivered to distant processing plants or export terminals without compromising quality.

Market Appearance

The visual characteristics of the grain meet the most stringent commercial quality standards. Large, well-filled grains with minimal impurities allow farmers to sell their harvest at premium prices, targeting market segments where both mass and the aesthetic quality of the raw material are paramount.
