LG ARRAKIS — a mid-early hybrid rapeseed type 00 (beardless), characterized by high yield and high oil content in seeds, reaching 47-50%. The hybrid features large 1000-seed mass and genetic resistance to pod cracking, which contributes to yield preservation and improved quality. Due to its rapid development in autumn and high initial growth energy, LG ARRAKIS establishes strong root systems and develops robust vegetative mass without the risk of excessive elongation of the growth point under favorable weather conditions. The hybrid exhibits high resistance to major rapeseed diseases, including white mold, phoma, and fungal rot, each rated at 8 points on a 10-point scale. Additionally, LG ARRAKIS demonstrates excellent winter hardiness (9 points), resistance to lodging (8-9 points), and good drought tolerance (8 points), making it a reliable choice for various climatic conditions. The recommended sowing rate is 450-500 thousand seeds per hectare, ensuring optimal utilization of the hybrid's potential and achieving yields up to 70 centners per hectare. LG ARRAKIS has successfully passed trials in various countries, including Ukraine, Czech Republic, Slovakia, and France, confirming its high performance in 2011-2013 and in more recent studies in 2023-2024. Thanks to balanced agronomic characteristics such as strong stem, high oil content, and disease resistance, this hybrid is among the leaders in the mid-early rapeseed segment and is suitable for cultivation in various agroclimatic zones for stable and high-quality yields.
