Misato Rose Flash — a summer-sown daikon variety. The roots have a white surface and an attractive pink-colored flesh. The roots are smooth, standard-sized, and high quality. Very tasty with a characteristic slightly sweet flavor and good aftertaste, without bitterness. Retains well in the field. Post-harvest storage until March. Used for fresh consumption (salads, cold appetizers, etc.)
