Description Misato Green
Misato Green is a summer-sown daikon variety. Visually, the root resembles radish lobe, but has a moderately sharp flavor without bitterness. The roots are smooth, standard, and high quality. Very tasty. The skin and flesh color of the root transitions from soft green (near the root head) to snowy white (at its tip). Main use: fresh consumption (salads, cold appetizers, etc.). Due to the favorable color transition of the flesh, it looks good in salads when sliced into julienne strips along the root.
