Rapeseed Recordie

German Genetics for Consistent Yields

Winter rapeseed "Rekordi" from the breeding company Dieckmann GmbH&Co.KG is a classic representative of European breeding, designed for farmers who prefer time-tested varieties over hybrids. The German school of breeding focuses on plasticity and the crop's ability to adapt to changing weather conditions, which is crucial for successful winter crop cultivation in unpredictable climates.

Agronomic Profile

"Rekordi" is a population variety, offering farmers a significant advantage: the ability to use their own seeds in subsequent seasons without losing key traits. The plant is characterized by vigorous development and a high potential for branching, which serves as the physiological foundation for forming dense pod clusters.

• Type: Winter rapeseed (population variety).
• Yield potential: 60–70 dt/ha.
• Origin: Germany (Dieckmann GmbH&Co.KG).

Why Choose "Rekordi"?

In the market, the variety has earned a reputation as a predictable and stable solution. Unlike high-tech hybrids that require strict adherence to specific protocols, "Rekordi" is more forgiving of management errors and shows an excellent response to fertilizer application. High branching allows the plant to efficiently utilize the available growing area, creating a powerful photosynthetic apparatus. Combined with proper crop protection, this ensures the declared yield potential of up to 70 decitonnes per hectare. It is a balanced choice for farms seeking a reliable tool for high-quality commercial rapeseed production while minimizing the risks associated with demanding, intensive-type hybrids.
