Pumpkin GL FERDINAND

GL FERDINAND — a decorative pumpkin variety, distinguished by its long stems that actively climb supports and arbors, creating an impressive vertical greenery effect. The plant’s leaves are expressive, and its large bell-shaped flowers, up to 10 cm in diameter, have a mild but refreshing fragrance. Flowering occurs in May-June, allowing you to enjoy its decorative effect at the beginning of summer.

The fruits of the GL FERDINAND variety are miniature and feature a variety of shapes and colors. They may be pear-shaped, bottle-shaped, spherical, mandarin-shaped, or crown-shaped, and the skin may be smooth or warty with various patterns and hues — white, green, orange, red, speckled, or striped. Fruit weight ranges from 200 to 300 grams. It should be noted that these fruits are not intended for consumption; their primary purpose is decorative use.

This pumpkin variety prefers warmth and sunlight, and thrives in fertile, loose soils, which promote its vigorous growth. GL FERDINAND is ideal for creating winter indoor compositions and decorating relaxation zones, thanks to its unique coloring and fruit shapes, as well as its ability to beautifully climb vertical structures.
