Description 57545
Rootstocks are root systems intended for the further production of fruit trees. The assortment includes both clonal and seedling rootstocks suitable for apples, pears, apricots, cherries, and plums. They provide plant resilience to unfavorable conditions, promote rapid rooting, and increase yield.

Key characteristics include variety difference I and II, as well as the quantity of rootstocks purchased. The price is determined by the type and variety, so specific parameters must be clarified before ordering. With proper rootstock selection, the tree adapts to the soil faster, reducing the time to the first harvest.

Research on the water regime of 15 variety-rootstock combinations of Simirenko Renet showed that some of them have a high ability to retain moisture and drought resistance. Combinations on semi-dwarf rootstocks SK1, 54‑118, and 57‑545 demonstrate moisture retention from 16.1% to 20.5%, while combinations on R59, R60, M26, and 54‑118 show minimal water loss indicators (from 78.5% to 82.0%). These data allow choosing rootstocks depending on climatic conditions and yield requirements.
