F1 Carousel — an early-maturing, parthenocarpic, bush-type cucumber hybrid with female or predominantly female flowering (may have 2-4 male nodes on the main stem) with clustered fruit set in nodes. Intended for cultivation in spring-summer rotations in greenhouses, tunnels, and open ground. Branching ranges from limited to medium. Most lateral branches are determinate, especially under high initial vegetative load on the main stem. Forms 2-3 to 4-6 fruits per node. Fruits are spindle-shaped and cylindrical, without a stem, with longitudinal light stripes of short or medium length. Fruits are 10-13 cm long, 3.0-3.7 cm in diameter, weighing 90-110 g. The frequency of bump formation is moderate, with medium-sized bumps. Flavor and pickling qualities are very high. Resistant to olive spot, common cucumber mosaic virus, powdery mildew, tolerant to downy mildew.
