Late-maturing carrot hybrid of the Nantes type (130-140 days from germination to formation of marketable root)
Intended for cultivation in the main season for long-term storage, fresh markets, and processing
Strong, upright leafy rosette with deep green color, well attached to the root
Root with cylindrical shape, rich external and internal color, smooth surface, 18-22 cm long
Best grown on ridges and hills
Resistant to Alternaria dauci, Oidium, and root spot caused by Pythium species (P. violae, P. sulcatum, P. ultimum, P. coloratum)
Best suited for mechanical harvesting (resistant to damage)
Cold tolerance in the field and resistance to silvering of roots during storage
