Mallow CREAM MALVA

The Aesthetics of Double-Flowered Malva in Landscape Design

The 'Creme Brulee' mallow from the 'Capris' farm is a breeding discovery for those who prefer classic floral varieties with a refined, sophisticated twist. Adapted to the Russian climate, this variety demonstrates the resilience required for open-ground cultivation while maintaining an exclusive appearance rarely found in common field-type hollyhocks.

Variety Profile and Growing Conditions

The defining characteristic of the 'Creme Brulee' is its pronounced double-flower (fully double) structure. Unlike simple varieties, the buds of this cultivar feature a multi-layered petal arrangement, creating visual depth and intricate play of light. The 'Capris' farm highlights the plant's purely decorative purpose: it integrates seamlessly into mixed borders, backdrops for floral beds, and is frequently used to create a classic country-style aesthetic in landscape design.

• Crop type: decorative (hollyhock/malva);
• Cultivation site: open ground;
• Blooming type: double (maхrovaya);
• Origin: proprietary selection by 'Capris' farm (Russia).

The plant is relatively undemanding in open ground, provided basic agronomic practices are followed. 'Creme Brulee' thrives in sunny locations sheltered from strong winds, which is essential for the tall stems characteristic of the genus. When planted correctly, the crop produces high-intensity blooms, becoming a central focal point in any garden composition thanks to its noble color palette and complex petal texture.
