Universal white onion hybrid, adapted to various growing conditions. Harvesting occurs on day 115-125 after emergence, allowing the onion to be harvested and dried before the rainy season begins. Excellent salad flavor qualities. Genetically determined high and uniform germination. Strong, vigorous plants. Very high yield of large bulbs. Bulbs are dense, with attractive clean white coloration and high-quality outer scales. Inner scales are thick, very juicy and crisp. High resistance to pink rot and fusarium. When proper harvesting and drying conditions are followed, storage lasts more than 6 months. Can be grown either by direct seeding (for medium-sized bulbs, seeding rate 0.6-0.9 million seeds per hectare) or through seedlings (for bulbs over 10 cm in diameter, planting density 30-40 plants per m2). Harvesting is best performed when 80-90% of the foliage has fallen. When grown above 47°C, this onion may produce a small percentage of early bolting.
