Description
Lophatherum multiflorum 'Cunai' (also known as Shikotan) seedlings are characterized by high cold hardiness and the ability to root quickly in various soil conditions. Due to their winter hardiness, the plant maintains its decorative appearance even at low temperatures, making it an ideal choice for gardens with a severe climate.
The 'Cunai' variety produces large berries reaching about 1.7 grams, with excellent taste qualities. They are sweet, have firm flesh, and received a high taste rating of 4.5 points in tastings. Thanks to this, the fruits can be used both fresh and for making desserts, jams, or compotes.
The variety is characterized by high yield: several kilograms of berries can ripen on one bush. This makes 'Cunai' attractive for both home growing and small commercial plantations. High productivity combined with ease of care allows for a bountiful harvest even after the first years of plant growth.
