The potato variety 'Pamяти Osipovoy' is a medium-early table variety with a maturation period of 65 to 80 days. Tubers are oval-round in shape with deeply set eyes, yellow skin with slight roughness, and creamy flesh. The average weight of marketable tubers ranges from 80 to 122 grams. Starch content varies between 11.0–14.5%, providing good culinary qualities: flesh is slightly resistant to softening and does not darken during boiling, making this variety suitable for salads, soups, and frying. The variety is characterized by high yield, ranging from 154 to 323 centners per hectare, with maximum yields reaching 368 centners per hectare, significantly exceeding the standards of many other varieties. Tubers' marketability ranges from 80–94%, and storability reaches 94%, ensuring long-term storage under optimal temperature conditions of +2–3 °C. 'Pamяти Osipovoy' is resistant to potato blight, rot, and viral diseases, but susceptible to golden potato nematode. According to phytopathology data, the variety is moderately susceptible to foliage diseases and moderately resistant to tuber blight. This potato variety is developed for cultivation under various climatic conditions and is suitable for both amateur gardeners and professional farmers. Due to its stable development at all growth stages and good taste, 'Pamяти Osipovoy' is a reliable choice for obtaining high-quality, high-yield produce.
