Red Jewel

Red Jewel F1 early hybrid cabbage, developed by the Japanese breeding company Sakata. This variety is characterized by high adaptability to various growing conditions, making it suitable for both professional farmers and gardeners throughout Ukraine. It is grown using seedling method in open ground with a recommended planting density of 30-35 thousand plants per hectare, ensuring optimal conditions for forming high-quality harvest.

The heads of Red Jewel variety are compact, round, and evenly shaped with a vibrant red color, weighing up to 2 kilograms. The head contains a short core, and the leaves are tightly formed, significantly increasing the cabbage’s resistance to damage during transport. Due to its small head size and excellent taste qualities, this variety is in high demand on the fresh market.

The cabbage matures in 70-75 days after transplanting seedlings. The variety is characterized by high yield and resistance to black rot, as well as ability to withstand temperature fluctuations. Its suitability for second crop cultivation and uniform head maturation make Red Jewel a versatile and reliable choice for obtaining high-quality marketable product intended for fresh consumption.
