Description Hypo
Hypo F1 cabbage is a medium-early hybrid of white cabbage, Japanese selection from Sakata company, suitable for cultivation in open and protected ground. The vegetation period is 80-90 days, allowing harvest both in summer and autumn, as well as use for second crop. The plant features a strong root system and high adaptability to growing conditions, ensuring stable high yields even with minimal fertilization and poor agronomy.

The heads are round, dense, and firm, with a bluish-green hue. Fruit weight varies from 2.5 to 3.5 kg, making them large and marketable. The cabbage exhibits excellent resistance to fusarium and thrips, tolerates both high and low temperatures, does not crack during storage and transportation. Due to these qualities, the variety successfully grows in various regions of Ukraine.

Hypo F1 fruits have high sugar content, giving them excellent taste both fresh and in cooked dishes. The cabbage is ideal for pickling and sauerkraut, and can be stored on the root for a long time, maintaining marketable appearance until January-February. These characteristics make the hybrid versatile and in-demand for fresh markets and processing.
