MASTAK Post-emergence herbicide with systemic action for the eradication of annual dicotyledonous and perennial root- and stem-herbaceous weeds on crops of agricultural crops.
Active ingredient. Cloquaril, 300 g/l.
Formulation. Aqueous solution. Chemical group. Chlorinated pyridine.
Compatibility. The preparation can be applied alone or in tank mixtures with herbicides for cereals and dicotyledonous weeds. Compatibility must be checked for each specific case.
Mode of action. Systemic herbicide. Very well absorbed by leaves, easily translocated and rapidly distributed throughout the entire plant, including the root system and growth points, thereby inhibiting weed growth.
Spectrum of activity. Burkun (species), blue hawkweed, Tatar milkweed, all species of sowthistle, dock, medicinal valerian, black nightshade, chamomile (species), wild chicory, creeping milkweed, other weeds of the families Asteraceae, Scrophulariaceae, Passifloraceae, Polygonaceae. Also highly effective against sunflower stem borer.
Target crops: sugar beet, wheat, millet, oats, barley, rye, rapeseed, corn, flax, white cabbage.
Application rate, l/ha: 0.16 — 0.66
Additional information (INFORMATION SHEETS) about the product — see the "Presentations and Documents" section.
Maximum number of applications — 1. Pre-harvest interval is not established.
Working solution application rate — 200 — 300 l/ha. To prepare the working solution, fill the sprayer tank with water to 1/3 of the volume, turn on the mixing mode, and add the required amount of the preparation. Fill the sprayer tank to full capacity while the mixing mode is still active. The mixing mode must remain continuously active during application to maintain the working solution in a homogeneous state. For maximum effectiveness, ensure adequate and uniform spraying of the above-ground parts of the weeds. Particularly effective during the active growth phase of weeds; sowthistles are most sensitive to the preparation in the "rosette" stage — early stem growth.
Best application period — warm weather, with sufficient air and soil moisture. Optimal air temperature from +10 to +23 °C. Application at low temperatures does not affect the herbicide's efficacy, but only slightly prolongs the time until weed death. Rainfall within 2 hours after application of MASTAK does not affect its efficacy.
Toxicity. WHO classification: Class III (low toxicity).
After application, the time before people can return to treated areas for mechanized work — 3 days, for manual work — 7 days.
• High systemic activity;
• broad application range;
• high effectiveness against root- and stem-herbaceous weeds;
• wide selectivity regarding crop plants;
• rainfall within 2 hours after application does not affect the efficacy of the preparation.
Packaging. 5 L.
