Diamax

Diamax F1 is a high-yielding early-maturing hybrid of sugar corn that matures in 80-85 days after planting. The cobs have a bright yellow color, length from 22 to 30 cm, and average weight of 300-340 grams. The kernels are densely arranged, even the tip of the cob is fully covered with large, juicy kernels with tender flesh, characterized by high sugar content — 6-8% (SE type). The plant reaches a height of 200-220 cm, has a strong stalk, weak bushiness, and high cob attachment, ensuring even ripening and the possibility of mechanized harvest.

Diamax F1 hybrid is resistant to major corn diseases such as mosaic, race 1 of cladosporiosis, leaf spot, and others. In addition, it has drought resistance, typical for May Seeds brand hybrids, allowing successful cultivation in various climatic conditions. The plant adapts well to soils with pH from 5.6 to 7.5 and is sensitive to fertilizer application, as well as effectively responds to drip irrigation.

Diamax F1 is suitable for various uses: fresh consumption, deep freezing, canning, and grilling. The cultivation technology does not require special conditions, making this hybrid universal and convenient for farmers and households of different scales.
