Maize RV 590

Betting on an early harvest

When working with sweet corn, time is your most valuable asset. You can clearly feel the French breeding influence in the uniformity of the crops: once you enter the field, the cobs mature simultaneously. This is critical when supplying the wholesale market or the HoReCa segment, where visual appeal standards are uncompromising.

Working with the hybrid

Throughout the growing season, this hybrid has proven to be highly predictable. The grain has a bright yellow-to-orange hue that looks incredibly attractive on the shelf. Taste is the ultimate benchmark for the consumer, and the RVI 590 hits the mark: its stable sweetness and tender texture make it a top choice both for fresh consumption and for various culinary applications.

Key advantages:

• Predictable Harvest: Uniform ripening simplifies logistics and field operations.
• Gastronomic Appeal: High sugar content makes this variety highly sought after by chefs and retail buyers.
• Brand Reliability: As the originator, Limagrain ensures high purity of seeds, minimizing the risk of genetic variability.

Managing this crop does not require extraordinary effort; it is perfectly adapted to standard cultivation practices. For those focused on the fresh market who value their farm's reputation, this hybrid is an optimal choice for the early-season segment.
