Description Ronaldis
Ronaldis is a medium-maturing, three-row corn hybrid with a universal usage direction, belonging to the Best4MILK family. Registered in 2011, it demonstrates high and stable yields of grain and silage on various soil types. The hybrid is characterized by high plasticity and stable yield, making it a standard in the National Innovation System (ГСІ). Ronaldis has a Stay Green plant type, ensuring prolonged retention of green mass, as well as high resistance to lodging and diseases such as southern helminthosporiosis and Fusarium ear rot.

Ronaldis plants are tall — from 270 to 300 cm, with a long and thick ear of 100–110 cm. The grain has an intermediate type, closer to starchy, with yellow-orange coloring in the upper part. The number of rows is 14–16, with 34–38 kernels per row, and 1000 kernels weigh 310–330 g. The moisture content is medium, promoting optimal ripening. According to the breeder, the potential productivity reaches 650 ц/ha of silage and 150 ц/ha of grain. The recommended plant population depends on growing conditions: under favorable conditions — 75–85 thousand/ha, under unfavorable — 55–65 thousand/ha.

The Ronaldis hybrid is suitable for cultivation in various regions, including the Northwestern, Volga-Vyatka, Central Chernozem, and Lower Volga. It is used for producing silage, grain, compound feed, and grit. Ronaldis is characterized by rapid early growth, cold resistance, and intensive development, allowing it to form two ears per plant under adequate moisture supply. High resistance to southern smut and other agronomic advantages make this hybrid a reliable choice for farmers seeking stable and high yields.
