R 1012 is an early Sh2 bicolor hybrid sweet corn, intended for cultivation in open ground and ideally suited for fresh markets, processing, and consumption fresh. The vegetative period is 67-73 days, enabling an ultra-early harvest. The plant reaches a height of 160-180 cm and, under favorable conditions, can form two ears exceeding 22 cm in length. The ears have a conical shape, a diameter of 5.5-6 cm, a length of 20-22 cm, and contain 14-18 rows of large, uniform yellow-white kernels with an attractive texture.

The hybrid features high sugar content — over 22% — providing a very tender, sweet, and juicy taste. The kernels are bicolor and contain natural antioxidants, enhancing its nutritional value. The plant exhibits high drought, heat, and stress tolerance, along with strong immunity to most corn diseases. This ensures stable and high yields — up to 30-40 thousand ears per hectare when cultivation technology is followed.

R 1012 seeds are treated with modern contact-system fungicides Maxim XL and Vitavax 200FF for protection against fungal diseases, as well as Radix Perfetta biotechnology based on effective microorganisms, which enhances drought resistance. The ears are thick and heavy, with high marketable yield, and well retain quality during transportation and storage. The recommended planting rate is 55-60 thousand plants per hectare, ensuring optimal development and maximum productivity of the hybrid.
