Corn KV 4 F 580 is a late-maturing hybrid with a dent-type kernel, intended for use both as grain and silage. Its potential yield on trial plots reaches 13.5–15.2 tons of grain and 45–62 tons of silage mass per hectare. This hybrid is characterized by high plasticity and resistance to adverse conditions, making it an excellent choice for various agro-climatic zones.

One of the key advantages of KV 4 F 580 is its ability to keep lower leaves green during dry years, which helps maintain high silage mass yield. The hybrid consistently delivers good yields even under low soil nutrient levels. It is recommended for cultivation in regions where concentrated silage feed for ruminants is needed. Optimal planting time begins in the third decade of April.
