Corn Eureka MV is a medium-late maturing grain corn hybrid with FAO 390, developed by NAAN of Ukraine and registered in 2005. This hybrid is recommended for cultivation in forest-steppe, steppe, and meadow regions, indicating its high adaptability to various climatic and soil conditions. Thanks to its well-developed root system, Eureka MV demonstrates stable growth and resistance to adverse environmental factors.
Plants reach a height of 190-200 cm, with the lower ear positioned at 65-75 cm. The ear has a weak conical shape, consists of 18 rows of kernels 20-22 cm long, and the conditioned ear weight is 190-200 g. Kernels have a tender husk and bright yellow color, ensuring high product quality. The taste qualities of Eureka MV corn, both fresh and boiled, are rated as excellent, expanding its application possibilities.
The primary use of this hybrid is for grain production, but due to its taste characteristics and kernel structure, Eureka MV is also suitable for fresh, frozen, and canned consumption. High productivity and kernel quality make this hybrid popular in agriculture, ensuring a stable yield and meeting the needs of producers and consumers.
