Maize ES 4587

Field Performance of Lidea EC 4587

Choosing the right corn hybrid is all about consistency. It stands out in the field as a robust performer that handles standard field conditions with ease.

Health and Disease Resistance

This is where EC 4587 really shines. The resistance to common smut (Ustilago maydis) is excellent, and the plant's natural defense against head smut is top-tier. For a grower, this means fewer fungicide passes and more peace of mind, knowing that the crop won't succumb to fungal issues mid-season.

Harvesting Experience

During harvest, the stalks are sturdy and resistant to lodging, which allows the combine to run smoothly.

• Simple hybrid: consistent results season after season.
• Superior health: strong resistance to smut and common corn diseases.
• Efficient harvest: reliable moisture dry-down and low lodging.

If you are looking for a reliable, French-bred corn hybrid that balances agronomic ease with high-quality grain production, EC 4587 is a workhorse that delivers exactly what it promises on the label.
