Maize DKS 5190

DKS 5190 — a mid-late maturing hybrid of grain corn with FAO 470, intended for cultivation in steppe and drought-prone regions. Plants reach a height of 260 to 300 cm, with ear attachment height of 95–110 cm. The hybrid is characterized by high drought resistance and lodging resistance, ensured by a well-developed root system and strong stalk, reducing the risk of damage under adverse weather conditions.

The yield potential of DKS 5190 is up to 16 tons of grain per hectare, with an average yield of about 75.2 c/ha and a maximum of 120.4 c/ha. High productivity of the hybrid is achieved due to its adaptation to root lodging and drought resistance, making it a reliable choice for regions with variable climatic conditions.

DKS 5190 seeds are treated with the Acceleron technology, which enhances germination and protects plants during early growth stages. The hybrid is recommended for grain production and is included in the state registry for the North Caucasus region, confirming its quality and compliance with agronomic requirements.
