Maize CZA 3840 S

CZA 3840 S — a mid-season hybrid sweet corn variety with high yield and excellent taste. The vegetative period is approximately 78-80 days, making it suitable for main planting. The plant is robust and compact, reaching up to 180 cm in height, with well-leafed stems. The ears are cylindrical, large, multi-row, over 23 cm long, with 18-20 rows of bright yellow kernels. The kernels have high sugar content (over 24%), providing an outstanding sweet flavor and making the corn attractive for fresh consumption and processing.

The hybrid CZA 3840 S is resistant to stress conditions during cultivation, including drought and heat, and possesses strong immunity to most common corn diseases. It adapts well to various soil types and is suitable for organic farming. The recommended planting rate is 55-65 thousand seeds per hectare, sown at soil temperatures no lower than +12°C to a depth of 2-5 cm. Due to its good marketability and resistance to transport, this variety is widely used for both fresh marketing and canning.

Special attention should be paid to timely harvest when growing CZA 3840 S to preserve the tenderness and sweetness of the kernels. Fresh ears are recommended for consumption within five days after harvest to maintain optimal taste. This hybrid combines high productivity, excellent taste, and resistance to adverse conditions, making it an optimal choice for farmers and sweet corn enthusiasts.
