CZ 82 is a corn header designed for efficient harvesting of corn crops, including threshing and processing of ears, as well as chopping and spreading the leaf-stem residue across the field. The header is equipped with a robust frame and individual safety couplings for each row, ensuring reliability and safety during operation. Each cutting unit is fitted with feed rollers and two "butterfly" knives, which contribute to efficient stem chopping and increase combine productivity by reducing the number of passes and turns during harvesting.
The product is available in two sizes with working widths for 6 and 8 rows, allowing the header to be adapted to various combine models and corn harvesting conditions in different climatic zones. Key design features include an enlarged diameter auger, chain drive, adjustable header angle, residue pressing device to the ground, and plastic dividers. Cutting height is 8 cm, significantly reducing the number of post-harvest processing operations.
This design and technical solutions make CZ 82 a versatile and reliable piece of equipment for corn harvesting, ensuring high daily productivity and quality of crop processing. The header optimizes the harvesting and preparation process, which is especially important for efficient agricultural operations.
